Overview

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we make returns and refunds simple and hassle-free.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items returned after this window cannot be accepted.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Be in original, unused condition
  • Include all original packaging and accessories
  • Show no signs of damage, wear, or tampering
  • Have all documentation included (receipts, instruction manuals, etc.)

How to Initiate a Return

CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  1. Contact our customer service team by referring to the "Contact Us" page, and filling in the necessary fields with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll provide you with return authorization and instructions for return
  3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging
  4. Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location
  5. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund

Refund Processing

  • Refund amount: Full purchase price (minus original shipping costs, if applicable)
  • Processing time: Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days of us receiving and approving your return
  • Refund method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll replace or refund your item at no cost, including return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items outside the 14-day return window
  • Items showing signs of use or damage
  • Items without original packaging

Shipping Costs

  • Outbound shipping: Covered by you at checkout
  • Return shipping: We provide a prepaid label for most returns
  • Exception: Damages or defects are fully covered by us, including return shipping
